Marisa Gremigni, PhD, MBA

Marisa Gremigni, Ph.D., MBA is a biotechnology executive with over 20 years of experience in drug development, manufacturing, and CMC strategy. Prior to joining Slate, she served as Vice President of Supply Chain and Alliance Management at Anthos Therapeutics, which was acquired by Novartis in 2025. Prior to Anthos, she spent most of her career at Novartis, holding multiple leadership roles across Commercial Operations, Technical Operations, and Technical Development, from supporting the launch of new products to leading the development of biologics across Oncology, Ophthalmology, and Immunology. In addition to her operational roles, she led technical and scientific due diligence supporting in-licensing and M&A decisions. Marisa holds a PhD in Neurobiology from Université de Provence, Faculté de Médecine La Timone and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
