Neil Buckley, MS

Neil Buckley has extensive experience in biopharmaceutical development, operations, and venture creation. He has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Slate Medicines since founding the company in 2024. Prior to Slate, Mr. Buckley spent eight years at Raven, RA Capital’s healthcare incubator, most recently as a Venture Partner and has been a founder or founding team member of more than ten companies. Prior to Raven Mr. Buckley was Director, Business Development and Project Management at CiVentiChem, which was acquired by Sterling Pharma Solutions. Mr. Buckley earned an MS from Northeastern University and a BA from Hamilton College.
